Realign Fitness is curated by Chera Michele, a Personal Trainer certified by the National Academy of Sports Medicine and Sport Stretch Practitioner, based in Miami, Florida — but always able to take opportunity to travel!
When I'm not personal training or coaching Miami Fit Boot Camp's, you'll find me at school, I'm an enthusiastic student in pursuit of becoming a certified Physical Therapist. Other interested I enjoy are exploring national parks, or spending time with my family. So I know first hand how challenging it can be to find time for yourself!

Why? Because I'm passionate about empowering people to live their best life, have fun & be fit. I've witnessed thousands of powerful transformations for those who have joined me, including my own. How are you different from a regular trainer at a gym?
Realign Fitness offers multiple services from Stretch Therapy to Group Fitness Class, as well as Single Personal Training Sessions. We have experience with Corrective Exercise & Performance Enhancement Exercises, which assist a variety of client needs. Needs such as, assisting clients are new to fitness, clients who are athletes & want to improve their fitness routine, as well as clients who want to stabilize & strengthen muscles after physical therapy.
What types of home fitness equipment do you recommend?
Having equipment at your home is great to getting closer to achieving your goals! We recommend to those starting to acquire an exercise mat and 2 sets of Dumbbells (high and low weight).
